Having worked with Schlumberger (the world’s largest oilfield services company) for many years, we were brought in again to assist with the event marketing for their annual world conference.
The SIS Global Forum is a key industry event attracting more than 200 companies and industry bodies from more than 60 countries, together responsible for 70% of the world’s hydrocarbon production.
Our brief was to introduce a high quality, bespoke feel to the event invitations and post-event marketing.
The integration of both print and digital is critical to event marketing success. Digital has the power to reach a large audience whilst print creates stronger immersion and engagement with the brand.
We created the eye-catching ‘save the date’ invites and delegate folders with spot UV which is a special finish applied to specific areas of the invite to make it pop!
The post-event thank-you gift boxes were personalised with delegate names and printed with white ink. Printing with white ink is a process that many printers struggle with, but with our HP Indigo digital press, this is entirely possible, even on small print runs. We think the results are absolutely stunning.
